There are two basic server technology areas which we work with. The first one are Microsoft Windows servers and other Microsoft server applications, the second are variations of the Unix platform.

MS Windows servers

  • MS SQL Server 6.5, 7.0, 2000
  • Custom COM objects written in Visual C++ or Visual Basic
  • ASP.NET

Unix platforms

  • Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise, MySQL, Informix Dynamic Server
  • Small solution components written in C++

Other client-server web technologies

Desktop technologies

  • Development in Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio.NET
  • Custom MS Office solutions

We use the desktop products mentioned mainly for development of support tools for larger web projects. This means that a typical project contains some export / import tasks or other specialized functions where the deployment of MS Office or similar components is very useful.
